  5. Hello, i get it in the App when making a call from an registered extension to another extension like on the screenshot (ext. 150 is registered in app, calling to ext. 101 which is available too). The error reported instantly is: "Error 404 / not found" in the app. I`ve tried it with different extensions. On Voip phone it works. Screenshot attached (its about the UI before clicking on "call" button), but I could not get one of the error due to the error disappearing too fast to catch it 😛 Thank you !
  6. Our SDK not request this permission. please don't set the cert path same to log path, you can initialize SDK like this: String dataPath = getExternalFilesDir(null).getAbsolutePath(); String certRoot = dataPath + "/certs"; result = mEngine.initialize(getTransType(transType), "0.0.0.0", localPort, PortSipEnumDefine.ENUM_LOG_LEVEL_DEBUG, dataPath, 8, "PortSIP SDK for Android", 0, 0, certRoot, "", false, null);
  7. How do we need to implement the ringing of the incoming call? For iOS, if you enable CallKit, the ringing is play by iOS System. If not enable CallKit, you can play the ringing in onInviteIncoming or OnIncomingCallWithoutCallKit. How will the application know, even if it is terminated, if there is an incoming call? This must use PUSH, it's need server support. Our PortPBX is support PUSH, You can refer the manual : https://www.portsip.com/knowledge-base/implement-push-notifications-in-xamarin-android-app-with-portsip-pbx-12-0/ https://www.portsip.com/knowledge-base/implement-the-push-notifications-in-native-ios-app-with-portsip-pbx/ Does the SDK implement the functionnality of the iOS UICallKit? Yes, our Sample have implement CallKit.
  8. Hi Caio, The Portuguese-Brazil is not support yet. The AJB is supported.

  10. Why does the PortSip need Android.Provider.Settings.ActionManageWriteSettings permission? Without this, PortSipLib.initialize takes 5-6 seconds.
  11. Dear PortSIP Support, Recently we have purchased your VOiP SDK. We are implementing basic VOIP functionallity to our Xamarin Forms application. How do we need to implement the ringing of the incoming call? How will the application know, even if it is terminated, if there is an incoming call? Does the SDK implement the functionnality of the iOS UICallKit?

  13. Hello all, Does PortSIP mobile softphone already have support for the following features? Portuguese-Brazil language support; AJB (adaptive jitter buffer) support; Thanks in advance! Caio Soares
  14. Hi Thomas, Where did you got the HTTP 404 not found? Could you post the screenshot of the error here? You will need configure the SMTP server first, then when you create the email, enter the email, the PBX will send QR code to the extension's email.
  15. The v9 is no longer provided, please use the v12.
  16. where can i find the v 9.4 sp 9 for win. to download ?
  17. Dear Portsip-Team, just some dumb questions regarding your PortSip Android Client, latest version, i am having some problems in use. I`ve configured an PortSIP server instance, v 12.1.0 running on Debian via docker. I really like the new UI very clean and comfortable! After that I connected it with your Android Client by typing in credentials manually which worked. There are two things I could not get up to work yet: - While making a call directly from an extension to another extension - for example from "150" to "100" - from a Voip Phone (snom 300, configured with auto provisioning) works flawless, trying the same on anroid client ends with "Error: HTTP 404 not found". I am typing the extension number directly into the dialpad and then click on "call" and then get that error instantly. Calling to outside/external numbers work from both (I`ve set up an outbound rule when prefix is "0" the call is routed to outside trunk). - Regarding the QR code scan feature on android client for setting up configuration: Where can I find the QR code which can be scanned on the server-side UI ? Hope you have an idea of what I mean. Thank you ! Best regards, Thomas Tschofenig (we`ve communicated by e-mail in past but forum may be a better way)
  18. You can search the system.ini file, edit it, there has a section: [mediaserver] rpc_port=8896 rtp_port_begin=45000 rtp_port_end=65000 session_life_time=300 recorder_file_format=1 recorder_video_framerate=15 recorder_video_bitratekbps=500 recorder_video_layout=1 you can change the rtp prots range then restart the server.
  19. Hi, Is there any possible to change the RTP port range? Since our use case did not have many concurrent call and we need to minimize the expose port number for better security.
  20. Do you have any progress for voip push on iOS13?
  21. Hello, We'd like to use a Freeswitch server as SIP communication server connecting to our mobile client apps directly. Regarding to your web site Freeswitch is a supported server component to your VOIP SDK. In our test environment we faced the following problem. After the successful connection between the two mobile clients and the call initialized the call is disconnected after a certain timeout. After examining the Freeswitch output and the Freeswitch documentation the cause was revealed: Aduio connection initialization failure. Freeswitch needs a large open port range (16384-32768 UDP). With the server located in a protected NAT environment forwarding this range to one server is not a suitable solution. Could you provide us a safe and working configuration example of that setup? Currently the only goal is to let two clients from the public internet to connect and speak with each other. (We also see that Freeswitch has NAT traversal options using a STUN server, however configuring a STUN server is not straightforward to us at the moment. If this is the only way: Could you help us with information on STUN configuration?) Thanks in advance! Regards, Kristof
