IVR Can not detect dtmf tone

What codec do you use ? Opus ?

Try another one. I noticed a similar issue when used opus codec on portsip's mobile client.

Sorry for reply delay, I'm pretty sure it work fine.

Please run tcpdump or wireshark on the PBX during you make call and press, then send wireshark log file to us.

The PBX support DTMF as RFC2833, and please also ask your trunk provider which DTMF method supported.
