The PortSIP app's keypad does not appear during the early media (pre-answer)

Hello, 

It is possible to enable the keypad during the early media (pre-answer call).

In our PBX the user must to interact with IVR system during this phase.

I have forward this requirement to our R & D,  we will add this feature in future version.
